We start with a full assessment of how your muscles and fascia work together. Then we build a plan to retrain and rebalance your body. The result is more mobility, more strength, and less pain from nerve and muscle problems.
Start with personal training and corrective exercise. Add mobility training or assisted stretching. Work with a health and wellness coach, or book private yoga instruction. Between sessions, the wellness program keeps you on track.
We work with people at every level. Some clients are getting back to exercise after years away. Others are runners, hikers and golfers who want to stay active without the same aches flaring up. Many are adults over 50 who want to keep their strength, balance and independence, and some have finished physical therapy elsewhere and want guided training to keep progressing.
Your first session starts with a conversation about your goals, injuries and schedule. Then we look at how you move: how you squat, hinge, push, pull, balance and breathe. That assessment shapes your first program. You leave with clear exercises, the right starting weights and a plan for the weeks ahead, so you are never guessing in the gym.
We build strength in steps your joints can handle. Each phase adds load, range or complexity only when your form is solid and your body is recovering well between sessions. If something flares, we adjust the plan instead of pushing through it. For extra support, many clients pair training with massage therapy or SoftWave therapy during harder training blocks.

We blend strength training with corrective exercise. Every program starts with a Multi-Physio body scan, so your plan is built around how you actually move. Good form comes first, then strength is built in steps your joints can handle.
Personal training is $120 per session, $550 for 5 sessions or $1,000 for 10. Corrective exercise is $180 for 60 minutes ($90 for 30 minutes), $900 for 5 or $1,800 for 10, and most people start with 30-minute sessions.
