Are purchases refundable?

All purchases are final. We do not process refunds for services, packages, memberships, or account credits once purchased.

How long do purchased services stay on my account?

Services purchased remain on your account for up to 365 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Can I exchange services?

Yes. Unused purchased services may be exchanged for other services of equivalent cost when appropriate and approved by Transcending Health.
