What this policy covers
This policy covers our website, transcendinghealth.net, and the forms, booking links and tools you use through it. It does not cover the separate websites and apps of other companies we link to, such as our online booking provider. Those companies have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them.
Information you give us
- Contact form. When you send a message through our contact form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number and message.
- Email sign-up. When you join our email list, we collect your email address and any other details the sign-up form asks for, such as your name.
- Online booking. When you book an appointment, you do so through Mindbody, our scheduling provider. Mindbody collects the information needed to schedule and manage your visit, such as your name, contact details, appointment history and payment details.
- Free consult booking. When you request a consultation through our LeadConnector booking widget, LeadConnector collects the details you enter, such as your name, contact information and preferred time.
Please do not send detailed medical information through our website contact form. If you need to share health details, call us or tell your practitioner at your visit.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours collects some information automatically when you visit. This can include your browser type, device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and general location based on your IP address.
Our website is hosted on Webflow, which processes this kind of technical information to deliver the site and its forms securely.

These include Webflow (website hosting and forms), Mindbody (online booking and scheduling), LeadConnector (consultation booking), our email marketing provider and Google (advertising measurement and analytics). How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons in this policy, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect information
We use reasonable steps to protect the information we collect, including secure connections (HTTPS) on our website and trusted service providers. No website or online service can promise perfect security, so please use care when sending information online.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
- You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
