I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach dedicated to helping individuals build strength, improve mobility, and achieve their health and fitness goals in a sustainable and supportive way. My approach centers on functional strength and stability training, combining targeted stretching and strengthening to support balanced movement throughout the body. By focusing on building a strong foundation, I help clients move more efficiently, feel stronger, and maintain long-term wellness. I enjoy working with individuals of all fitness levels and have extensive experience supporting older adults with strength, stability, and functional movement training. I maintain my professional certifications through ongoing continuing education and CPR/First Aid recertification to ensure clients receive safe, effective, and up-to-date guidance.
