Thermal Alchemy is built for chronic muscle soreness, stubborn tension and stiffness. Bee blends focused deep tissue work with alternating warm and cool stones, so the tissue is warmed before deeper pressure and cooled where it needs to settle. Who Thermal Alchemy Is For and How to Prepare
Thermal Alchemy suits people who like deep pressure and want more out of it: desk workers with locked-up shoulders, lifters and runners with chronic tightness, and anyone whose soreness has outlasted ordinary massage. If you want deep relief but find straight deep tissue hard to relax into, the warmth often helps.
Because the session uses heat, cold and essential oils, tell us when you book if you have reduced sensation or neuropathy, circulation problems, Raynaud's, skin sensitivities, oil or scent allergies, are on blood thinners, or are pregnant. We may adjust the session or suggest a different service. Drink water afterward and expect that some soreness for a day is normal.
