Who Shirodhara Is For and How to Prepare
Shirodhara is often chosen by people carrying a heavy mental load, those who struggle to relax, and anyone who wants a long, quiet reset. No experience with Ayurveda is needed.
Your hair will be oily afterward. Many people leave the oil in for a few hours, so bring a hat or hair tie and avoid planning anything formal right after. Please tell us when you book if you are pregnant, have a scalp or skin condition, a recent head injury, heat sensitivity, or allergies to oils, nuts or herbs.
